★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaugurada el 12 de enero de 1996, "Isidro, el pescador" rinde homenaje a uno de esos personajes típicos del Viejo Vallarta que tienen el noble oficio de ser pescadores. En la placa descriptiva de la escultura se puede leer la siguiente leyenda: "Todas las mañanas el pescador descalzo, con su sombrero todavía húmedo por la brisa y con el pantalón arremangado hasta las rodillas, anunciaba su paso por las calles del pueblo, golpeando el cuchillo contra su remo, de cuyo extremos colgaba la pesca de la mañana.” La escultura "Isidro, el pescador" se ubica en el calle Libertad esquina con Agustín Rodríguez, en la Zona Centro de Puerto Vallarta, y es una escultura de bronce del artista mexicano Ramiz Barquet, también autor de La nostalgia, una de las esculturas más emblemáticas del Malecón de Puerto Vallarta
 Inaugurated on January 12, 1996, "Isidro, the fisherman" pays homage to one of those typical people of Old Vallarta who have the noble job of being fishermen. "The sculpture" Isidro, the fisherman "is located on Libertad street corner with Agustín Rodríguez, in the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta, and is a bronze sculpture of the Mexican artist Ramiz Barquet, also the author of La nostalgia, one of the most emblematic sculptures of the Malecón de Puerto Vallarta
