★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nació el 29 de septiembre de 1913 en Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche. Murió el 7 de agosto de 1983, a los 70 años de edad en la ciudad de Villahermosa.
lo recordamos con el último director del glorioso Instituto Juárez y el primer rector de la Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco. (1957-1958). Posteriormente ocupó la dirección de la Escuela Preparatoria cuando todavía pertenecía a la UJAT.
También dirigió la Escuela de Derecho. Fue forjador y ejemplo de muchas generaciones.
Como servidor público se desempeñó como abogado de la Comisión del Salario Mínimo Insuficiente, Jefe de Sección en la Junta Federal de Conciliación y Arbitraje y Agente del Ministerio Público Federal, dejando a su paso la huella de capacidad, sensibilidad y honestidad. Fue socio fundador y presidente de la Barra de Abogados y presidente del Colegio de Notarios de Tabasco.
Fue senador, suplente secretario de la SECUR (hoy Secretaría de Educación del Estado), cargo que desempeñaba al morir el 7 de agosto de 1983. La UJAT en reconocimiento a su obra instituyó, dentro del Fondo Editorial Universitario, la colección “Ensayos y Aventuras del Pensamiento”.
 He was born on September 29, 1913 in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche. He died on August 7, 1983, at the age of 70 in the city of Villahermosa.
We remember him with the last director of the glorious Juárez Institute and the first rector of the Autonomous Juárez University of Tabasco. (1957-1958). Later he occupied the direction of the Preparatory School when he still belonged to the UJAT.
He also directed the School of Law. He was a forger and example of many generations.
As a public servant, he served as a lawyer for the Insufficient Minimum Wage Commission, Head of Section in the Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board and Agent of the Federal Public Ministry, leaving in his wake the mark of ability, sensitivity and honesty. He was a founding partner and president of the Bar Association and president of the Tabasco Notaries Association.
He was a senator, alternate secretary of SECUR (today the Secretary of State for Education), a position he held when he died on August 7, 1983. In recognition of his work, the UJAT instituted, within the University Editorial Fund, the collection “Ensayos y Aventuras of Thought ”.
