★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Santiago Baca Ortiz was the first governor in Durango. It's a small plaza and i would say it's not in it's prime, it does tend to look "dirty" from time to time. But that's the only negative thing that i can think about really, it's a family friendly area with many "puestos" to buy a lot of "chucherías"
