One of the quietest gardens with a family atmosphere. Where many Jiquilpenses go to enjoy a rest time or do some sport.

M	Mando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monumento al General Dámaso Cárdenas (hermano del General Lázaro Cardenas quien fuera presidente de México) se encuentra ubicado en el Jardín de la Paz, Jiquilpense destacado que fuera Gobernador de Michoacán en dos ocasiones (una interinamente) y Senador por Michoacan. Este monumento se encuentra ubicado en el Jardín de la paz, es un lugar tranquilo donde se puede realizar actividades físicas (Correr, caminar etc.) así como solo descansar en algunas de sus bancas y disfrutar de su tranquilidad, de la sombra de su vegetación, a sus alrededores se encuentran escuelas, IPN, Molino, Juzgados, tiendas, botanas, nieves, lavanderias, farmacia, puestos de frutas, guisos, tacos, etc. Los días viernes en una de sus calles aledañas se instala el tianguis de comida, frutas y verduras, en octubre y noviembre se lleva acabo en este lugar la festividad de día de muertos. Un lugar que tienes que visitar.
