El proyecto diseñado por el arquitecto Fernando González Gortázar tuvo un costo de 130 millones de pesos y fue inaugurado el 19 de octubre de 2012.
The Las Banderas Monument, is an urban sculpture that together with the Fatima Cultural Center and the surrounding remodeled square, is part of the San Pedro Emblem sculpture. The project designed by the architect Fernando González Gortázar had a cost of 130 million pesos and was inaugurated on October 19, 2012.
