★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El taekwondo es un deporte de contacto, y no solo es patear o aprender a defenderse, si no el taekwondo te ayuda físicamente, proporcionándote más fuerza, velocidad, coordinación, equilibrio,resistencia... pero no solo te ayuda físicamente sino te refuerza tus valores, te enseña a respetar, ayudar a los demás, tener lealtad, el sentido de la amistad, a ser una mejor persona cada día y a nunca rendirte y seguir con tus sueños por muy difíciles que sean. Yo entrené taekwondo en "Moo Duk Kwan" Reforma Oaxaca y recomiendo al 100% todo (instalaciones, profesores, ambiente). Es un espacio que se vuelve parte de ti.
Taekwondo is a contact sport, and it is not only kicking or learning to defend itself, but taekwondo helps you physically, providing you with more strength, speed, coordination, balance, endurance ... but not only does it help you physically but it also strengthens your values, teaches you to respect, help others, have loyalty, the sense of friendship, to be a better person every day and never give up and continue with your dreams no matter how difficult they are. I trained taekwondo in "Moo Duk Kwan" Oaxaca Reform and I recommend 100% everything (facilities, teachers, environment). It is a space that becomes part of you.
