If you can get Raffa to make Mescalgroni’s table side you are in for a treat. So inventive, so theatrical, and so delicious. The food is really good too, and a really nice city view from upstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fusilli con salsa cremosa, with shrimp ?, bacon ?, and queso añejo ?. Pasta was freshly made good, but for the bread just one piece was fresh the other were dry. Okay view with plenty of space, wasn't to crowded when I went. Good service, I would definitely come back and try something different.

Incredible, friendly service (the kind of place where you leave feeling like you became friends with your server). The food — every single dish — was spectacular as well, and the ambience is lovely with a second floor view of the city. A lovely gem just outside the craziness of centro, where you don’t need to make a res or wait hours for a table. Too if my list for Oaxaca recommendations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Chef Diego and his staff are friendly and provide creative and tasty dishes. They can provide a sampler platter that includes chiles en nogada, esferas de platano (beef inside), quesadillas with chapulines, and garnachas istmeñas. We came back a second time and got a burger with bacon and Oaxacan cheese that was also great. Additionally, bonus points for the presentation and dessert options. Craft beer and good mezcal options are also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was delicious! Their cocktails are so well personalized and the food was so unique. Rafa(the bartender and creator of the cocktails) even came to my table and explained me how he relates his cocktails to the Mexican culture . Also, they are very flexible if you have any specific requests on vegetarian or vegan diets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled on this place around lunchtime. We ordered the empanadas and they were really good although a little pricey. The Chipotle it came with was delicious, best I've ever tasted. There is also seating upstairs near the bar. Very good service, we will probably go back when in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fan-fuggin-tastico! Great service, great food, great music, great view! Located on the west side of the center so it has a unique perspective on the surrounding hills to the west. They pay attention to the details from cuisine to design. +30 Mbps on the Wi-Fi down AND up! Respect!
