J	Jonny “Inferno” Cemalo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se nos prometieron habitaciones con ciertas características al reservar el viaje, faltando una semana para el viaje nos dimos cuenta y a pesar de que nos dijeron que no había problema, en el hotel nos dieron habitaciones inferiores al precio que pagamos. Al final no tuvimos ningún arreglo, no vuelvo a acudir a este lugar. We were promised rooms with certain characteristics when booking the trip, with a week remaining until the trip we realized it and despite the fact that they told us that there was no problem, at the hotel they gave us rooms lower than the price we paid. In the end we did not have any arrangement, I will not go to this place again.

Ofrecen miserias para enmendar su error y ni siquiera eso entregan o quedan bien. Se hizo la compra de un paquete y al final entregaron otro de peor calidad. Tengan cuidado, no les recomiendo que usen este lugar. Pueden encontrar mejores precios en booking o directamente en la página del el lugar donde se hospedarán. They look bad with what they deliver, they give poor excuses and are not responsible. They offer miseries to make amends for their mistake and not even that deliver or look good. A package was purchased and in the end they delivered another of poorer quality. Be careful, I do not recommend that you use this place. You can find better prices in booking or directly on the page of the place where you will be staying.

Nos entregaron otro diciendo que era el mismo, para cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no era el mismo y cuando marcamos a que nos resolvieran el problema nos pusieron mil y un pretextos. Al final no se resolvió nada y ese problema se había comentado desde hace casi más de medio año. Muy mal servicio la verdad. They gave us another one saying it was the same, by the time we got to the hotel they told us it was not the same and when we called for the problem to be solved they gave us a thousand and one excuses. A	Andres Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización y solución de problemas, nos ofrecieron al inicio en el paquete de la agencia ciertas habitaciones y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no, que eran habitaciones de menores características. Al momento de hablar con la agencia pusieron muchos pretextos y no resolvieron nada. Lo peor es que la duda de las habitaciones se había hablado meses antes del viaje y nos dijeron en la agencia que no había ningún problema, que las habitaciones serian las prometidas. Terrible organization and problem solving, they offered us certain rooms in the agency package at the beginning and when we arrived at the hotel they told us no, they were rooms with fewer characteristics. At the time of speaking with the agency they made many excuses and did not solve anything. The worst thing is that the question of the rooms had been discussed months before the trip and they told us at the agency that there was no problem, that the rooms would be as promised.
