La comida es buena, aunque el servicio de meseros deja mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lindo el salón , solo hay un detalle el menú de esa vez no fue agradable, y pues en el baño no había agua ahí si fue un tache grande ,como en eventos grandes no hay agua........
De ahí en fuera todo fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, los meseros hacen lo que quieren, no te pueden hacer ni siquiera el favor de calentar la comida que lleva uno, nos dieron de comer super tarde y nos dieron acceso al salón también muy tarde. Aunque hay que aceptar que el salón es grande y de buen gusto, por el servicio que dieron no vuelvo a contratarlos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es en excelente salón social como para hacer cualquier tipo de fiesta, tiene una pista de baile de vidrio, un imitador del Buki genial, buen servicio de meseros y comida. Lo único que no me gustó fué el maestro de ceremonias, creo que lo pudo haber hecho mejor.
It is an excellent social room to host any type of party, it has a glass dance floor, a great Buki impersonator, good wait service and food. The only thing I didn't like was the master of ceremonies, I think he could have done better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida excelente, maravilloso trato, atención excelente, instalaciones hermosas, lo malo sargazo en toda la playa ( no es culpa del hotel); Lo pésimo: fue que cuando regrese a mi habitación mi reloj MIDO desapareció y lo reporté en el lobby remitiéndome a que hiciera un reporte por escrito para ver si aparecía en vez de investigar horarios y quienes entraron a la habitación, ya que el reloj no salió de allí, cierto es que la habitación tiene una caja fuerte, pero no es posible que siendo el lugar que es y con el prestigio que tiene solo se remitan a hacer un reporte por escrito para ver si aparece...
