Where to start? If you are looking for a place for a manicure or pedicure. Keep looking and don't come here. They do not have the necessary experience to perform these services. I don't even know why they offer them. They need to offer zero stars for establishments like these. My wife, who received the service comments the following. TERRIBLE! I went for a manicure and pedicure. My cuticles were so badly cut that I was bleeding and I am still sore. During the pedicure no massage and it did not remove my calluses. He sat on a stool, put my feet on his knees and painted my fingers on the floor! While I was doing my nails, a man was cutting his hair and hair was flying everywhere. I was charged $700 for horrible service and the worst mani and pedi I have ever had!

Terrible attention I went to have waves made in my hair (something relatively simple for hairstyle), I made my appointment a day before and when I arrived I was not told anything about lack of staff or waiting time, they only asked me to take a seat, and when I did not consider that they would have me 1 full hour there. The following appointments arrived and they began to attend them and even accepted extra services without first attending the pending appointments. After an hour it was evident that I would not arrive on time for my event so I told them that I would withdraw and I asked them why the delay and they only told me that they would think they would finish earlier and they only had a stylist. If you do not have the capacity in time or personnel, YOU DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE, and if you have already accepted it and you realize that you will not be able to do it, you notify your client so that they can at least make informed decisions. I didn't even get an apology. Super disappointed ...
