★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notre réservation booking n'a pas été transmise à l'hôtel moonlight géré par Vacasa. Nous n'avons donc pas pu accéder à notre chambre. Nous avons donc du louer une autre chambre dans cet hôtel. Ce responsable d'hôtel qui n'était pas présent conteste le courrier de la réceptionniste de l'hôtel disant que nous nous sommes bien présentés mais que nous n'étions pas inscrits. Il refuse donc de nous rembourser. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car en cas de problème vous ne pouvez échanger correctement puisque les personnes y travaillant ne sont pas les gérants donc ne peuvent rien faire (système booking)!!!!
Our booking reservation was not transmitted to the moonlight hotel managed by Vacasa. So we couldn't get to our room. So we had to rent another room in this hotel. This hotel manager who was not present disputes the letter from the hotel receptionist saying that we showed up but that we were not registered. He refuses to reimburse us. I do not recommend this hotel because in the event of a problem you cannot exchange correctly since the people working there are not the managers so cannot do anything (booking system)!!!!
