★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una agencia de viajes bastante módica de precio sin embargo sus servicios son regulares, he viajado 3 veces con sus servicios y en la última ocasión me tocó un pésimo hotel del cual yo desconocía y pedí su opinión debido a que quería viajar con mi mascota y no me apoyaron en solucionar nada, ni siquiera cuando pedí me cotizaran otro lugar para cambiarme, ellos te apoyan mejorando el precio pero hay mucho que mejorar en su servicio al cliente.
It is a fairly moderately priced travel agency, however its services are regular, I have traveled 3 times with its services and on the last occasion I had a terrible hotel that I was unaware of and I asked for your opinion because I wanted to travel with my pet and They did not support me in solving anything, not even when I asked for a quote for another place to change, they support you by improving the price but there is much to improve in their customer service.
