★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui a dos sucursales de ustedes ésta y en Santa Fe, la verdad vi poco profesionalismo y ganas de atender a los clientes. Se sienten las dueñas del mundo...
Es cero profesional y crediticio, fui a cotizar una fiesta para mi hija, en ambas sucursales tenía que sacarle las palabras al personal, además de quedar formalmente de marcar en la semana y enviarme información a mi mail, para hacer el apartado de la fiesta... eso jamás pasó. Con esa atención evité hacer algún trato futuro y sin ganas dan de ir con esa actitud, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

It is zero professional and credit, I went to quote a party for my daughter, in both branches I had to take the words from the staff, in addition to being formally dial in the week and send me information to my mail, to make the party section. .. that never happened. With that attention I avoided making any future treatment and without wanting to go with that attitude, I do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, muy bonito lugar, pero el servicio de uñas deja mucho que desear. Uñas gruesas y sin forma, limas mini de juguete "para que puedan ser desechables" lo cuál es una excelente idea pero para dar un servicio profesional, no sirve. No lo recomiendo para gente que busca perfección.
Excellent attention, very nice place, but the nail service leaves a lot to be desired. Thick, shapeless nails, mini toy files "so they can be disposable" which is a great idea but for professional service it doesn't work. I don't recommend it for people looking for perfection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Good service overall. The services they offer are varied and complete. Prices are decent, location maybe is not the best as it is far from many spots in Mexico City. I think the concept is nice as this is one of the few spas for girls, so I would recommend the place. However the only con is that the venue could benefit from some cleaning (like sweeping and mopping the floor).
