Sólo que aveces no tienen a la mano lo que necesitas y dicen que lo mandan a pedir a planta de un día para otro.
También hay mala antencion por teléfono. Pues en estos días llame para cotizar una pieza, me dijeron que si la tenían y me dieron un precio, les dije iría a la tienda a efectuar la compra y que llegaba como en una hora. Cuándo llegue me dijeron que esa pieza estaba agotada y que costaba el doble de lo que me habían dicho. Pues me hicieron ir a perder el tiempo.

Only sometimes they don't have what you need on hand and say that they send it to ask for a plant overnight.
There is also bad attention on the phone. Well, these days I called to quote a piece, they told me that if they had it and they gave me a price, I told them I would go to the store to make the purchase and that it would arrive in about an hour. When I arrived they told me that this piece was out of print and that it cost twice as much as they had told me. Well, they made me go to waste my time.
