La atención de Hector es excepcional, siempre contestaba a la brevedad, me enviaba testigos de lo que se estaba haciendo a mi coche y me ponía al tanto del estatus de mi reparación. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal es a toda madre ja, son especialistas en VAS, (vw) sin embargo me ayudaron con una falla muy peculiar en mi Chevrolet HHR dan facilidad y su amplia recomendación de acuerdo a su experiencia, y aun así no te oblugan y te dan opciones sin presión alguna. La falla quedó solucionada... así que recomiendo ampliamente MORA AUTOMOTRIZ.
Tuve la fortuna de pagar a meses sin intereses, aplican restricciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le realizaron servicio mayor de motor a mi golf mk7, me brindaron una excelente atención, con la revisión de los puntos de seguridad descubrieron algunos que problemas que tenía el auto, me hicieron un presupuesto y yo decidí cuáles reparaciones y correcciones se le hacían y cuáles podría dejarlas para después.
Te orientan para que tomes una decisión de acuerdo a tus posibilidades económicas.
A mí auto se le hizo cambio de distribución y reparación de fugas de aceite adicional al servicio.
Tal vez el precio puede estar por encima del promedio, pero lo vale totalmente ya que he tenido problemas con otros talleres que no tienen la experiencia ni el equipo para diagnosticar y arreglar tu auto.
Si tú carro no queda con algún detalle o ruido, lo dejan impecable.
