I took my Journey truck to the workshop on Nov 16, 2021 for a noise in the alternator and a noise in the suspension, after accepting their budget $ 6,870 (for changing parts in the alternator and suspension) it turned out that the noise was still heard in the alternator and they told me that it had to be replaced by a new one, Annoyed because they did not diagnose it from the beginning, I accepted ($ 4,500) and when the truck was delivered to me, all this happened ... * They toured my truck 120 km, when I asked them why they had taken my truck from the workshop they told me that they took it to Tlanepantla with the alternator supplier to check it because it was not left, according to me they should never have moved my truck from the workshop but hey, the strange thing is that Tlanepantla is 20 km from the workshop, and the other 80 km ?? ??‍♂️ * For the same they gave a good drop to the gas tank ? * The noise in the suspension continued to be heard and I asked them about this they told me that they forgot to change the parts ? * As if that were not enough, they gave my truck a scratch, it seems as if they had used it to load heavy things, they told me they would fix it but I had to leave my truck for 3 days, obviously I no longer thought of leaving my truck ever * And the cherry on the cake was last Saturday when I went to check the brakes of my truck at another workshop (obviously) and when looking for the security stud I found a nut that was not mine and well with the news that in the Mora Automotriz workshop they forgot to return the safety studs to my truck and when I sent a message to Diego Flores to say that the insurance was not there, he told me that he was going to investigate and he never answered me, they had to break the 4 studs of safety to be able to change the Balatas. An absolute BREACH OF TRUST, don't you think?
