★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague dos días extras para entregar el vestido y un día antes de mi fecha límite me hablan para pedirme regresarlo a una hora específica antes de cuando yo tenia el deadline de entrega y me dicen que ya lo tienen rentando y lo necesitan ajustar para la siguiente renta por tal razón tuve que salirme antes de mi trabajo para irlo a entregar, para colmo me cobran 250 pesos por un simple y pequeño hoyuelo que cuando me lo entregaron ya tenía varios y bueno lo pague pero también les mencione que a mi vestido se le salieron las varillas el día de mi evento que me lastimaba la piel y me dejo marcas para eso me respond la señora que siempre les pasa (para eso no me dijo nada de compensación) pero mw cobraron los dos días extras y el hoyuelo del vestido. Pésimo servicio no volveré jamás

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y calidad de los vestidos no cumplieron mis expectativas.
La primera vez que visité su local me dijeron que podían hacer los ajustes necesarios, les mencioné exactamente que ajustes necesitaba y me afirmaron que los podían hacer; dos días antes del evento recibo una llamada diciendo que no se podrán realizar los ajustes que habían prometido, la señora encargada empezó a gritar e insultar diciendo que no era su culpa y que ellos no eran expertos en los ajustes, aún así logré convencerla de que los hiciera, pues ya lo habían prometido, no me iban a regresar el anticipo y yo ya no tenía tiempo de buscar otro vestido a último momento.
En resumen, no volvería a rentar un vestido por la relación calidad-precio, la atención y al final de cuentas se veía muy remendado, con hilos de fuera y la tela dañada.
Por el mismo precio de renta, pude haber comprado un vestido completamente nuevo de buena calidad.

In summary, I would not rent a dress again because of the value for money, the attention and in the end it looked very patched, with threads coming out and the fabric damaged.
For the same rental price, I could have bought a brand new dress of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una excelente opción para usar vestidos en tendencia y lo mejor es que los ajustan a tus medidas, o atención muy buena y personalizada. Se llena bastante a veces así que vayan con tiempo para poder medirse con calma.
Lo recomiendo mucho.
