★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es súper lindo pero su servicio al cliente es malo, para comer ahí la comida está bien, nada espectacular, lo muy malo es el servicio tardaron como 50 minutos en preparar unos camarones y la mesera muy lenta tuvimos que entrar a buscarla un par de veces, bueno pero tienen mucho que mejorar
The place is super nice but its customer service is bad, to eat there the food is fine, nothing spectacular, the very bad thing is the service it took like 50 minutes to prepare some shrimp and the waitress was very slow we had to go in to look for a couple of times, well but they have a lot to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito pero los alimentos y la atención es mala. Nunca fueron groseros pero sí tardados. Pedí una crepa que no me comí porque llegó ya fría y era casi pura harina. Es un lugar que podría mejorar mucho si ponen atención en su cocina y personal que atiende.
The place is nice but the food and the attention is bad. They were never rude but they were slow. I ordered a crepe that I didn't eat because it came cold and was almost pure flour. It is a place that could improve a lot if you pay attention to your kitchen and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De inicio me pareció una tienda muy linda en cuanto a decoración y ambiente y lo es. Pero después decidí comer y tomar algo de lo que aquí preparan y ahí vino la decepción. Probé una baguette de Arrachera la cuál parecía más un simple bistec, el café no es nada sorprendente. Lo que realmente decepciona es la MALA ATENCIÓN del personal. Hablando con groserías, fumando y quién parece ser el gerente (Sr. Mario) sin hacer nada para atender de la mejor manera a los clientes. Tienen mucha variedad de productos, algunos a precios excesivos (supongo que es por el valor de la renta).
Tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad!
Increíble lugar con pésimo servicio al cliente.
At first, it seemed like a very nice store in terms of decoration and atmosphere, and it is. But then I decided to eat and drink some of what they prepare here and then came the disappointment. I tried an Arrachera baguette which looked more like a simple steak, the coffee is not surprising. What really disappoints is the POOR ATTENTION of the staff. Speaking rudely, smoking and who seems to be the manager (Mr. Mario) doing nothing to best serve customers. They have a wide variety of products, some at excessive prices (I suppose it is for the value of the rent).
They have many areas of opportunity!
Amazing place with lousy customer service.

La decoración ayuda mucho al ambiente de tranquilidad..
