K	Katia P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo , no adquieran vivienda con esta constructora ,nos tienen en deuda con agua , nos quitan el agua de jueves a domingo , la inseguridad a la orden del día . Nunca dan la cara y son unos rateros incumplidos , no dan la cara se esconden. NO COMPREN ,NUNCA CUMPLEN CON LA FECHA DE ENTREGA , 1 año de retraso para entregarme la casa. Terrible, do not buy a house with this construction company, they are indebted to us for water, they take away our water from Thursday to Sunday, insecurity being the order of the day. They never show their faces and they are unfulfilled thieves, they don't show their faces they hide. DO NOT BUY, NEVER MEET THE DATE OF DELIVERY, 1 year late to deliver the house to me.

M	Marco Mavil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Colonia es tranquila y por su ubicación no hay delincuencia (aún). No hay vecinos escandalosos ni los típicos perros que ladran toda la noche en las azoteas. Se ve limpia y ordenada. Lo malo es que forzosamente necesitas tener coche o caminar mucho para tomar el transporte público ya que no cuenta con plazas o servicios bien surtidos. Solo algunas tienditas pero nada dónde poder comprar por ejemplo pollo, carne, pan, etc. No tiene escuelas ni hay otro tipo de servicios como lavanderías, etc. La única conexión a internet que hay es de Telmex y es un suplicio lograr que te hagan la instalación. Pero lo peor de todo es que las casas son de malísima calidad. Muchas son nuevas y ya están cuarteadas. Las paredes se desmoronan con cualquier roce y si intentas taladrar o perforar para colocar un soporte o algo terminarás haciendo un boquete. Los accesorios como cerraduras, apagadores, regaderas, llaves de agua, calentador también son de la peor calidad. Todo falla y tendrás que cambiar todo! En conclusión, son casas hechas con material quizás de desecho a un precio bastante alto. Terminarás haciendo miles de reparaciones o de plano tirandola para hacer una buena. La Colonia is quiet and due to its location there is no crime (yet). There are no rowdy neighbors or your typical rooftop barking dogs all night. It looks neat and clean. The downside is that you necessarily need to have a car or walk a lot to take public transport since it does not have well-stocked places or services. Only a few shops but nowhere to buy for example chicken, meat, bread, etc. It does not have schools and there are no other types of services such as laundries, etc. The only internet connection there is is from Telmex and it is an ordeal to get the installation done for you. But worst of all is that the houses are of very poor quality. Many are new and already cracked. Terminé por comprar una casa a terceros, porque el fraccionamiento me agrada y es muy accesible. Que triste que la constructora engañé así a la gente. La constructora solo me da largas y fechas de entrega falsas, me dicen un mes y llega ese mes y me vuelven a dar otra fecha.
