★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca pidan cama matrimonial, porque dan una habitación en pésimas condiciones, sucio, mal olor, sin toallas, no había agua y tampoco más habitaciones para que me cambiarán de habitación.
Never ask for a double bed, because they give a room in terrible condition, dirty, bad smell, no towels, no water and no more rooms so they will change my room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy una persona local, que recibe visitas a menudo y al ser el hotel más céntrico lo recomendaba pero la última persona que se hospedó ahí le tocó una mala experiencia, no había toallas, el inodoro estaba roto, no se llenaba el agua del tanque para bajar a los desechos, se les pidió arreglar y no lo hicieron. PÉSIMO
I am a local person, who receives visitors often and being the most central hotel I recommended it but the last person who stayed there had a bad experience, there were no towels, the toilet was broken, the water in the tank was not filled to go down to the waste, they were asked to fix and they didn't. APPALLING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, a 25 min de dónde está ubicado este horrible hotel, está hotel San Carlos ese si lo super recomiendo.
Si pueden evitar quedarse en este lugar mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cama y almohadas están cómodas y limpias así como la habitación, pero en paredes de la habitación y baño hay humedad. También el drenaje del lavabo o regadera no tienen trampa, lo que hace que los malos olores se apoderen de la habitación. Fuera de eso es un lugar tranquilo y el personal muy amable.
The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean as well as the room, but there is humidity on the walls of the room and bathroom. Also, the drainage of the sink or shower does not have a trap, which causes bad odors to take over the room. Other than that it is a quiet place and the staff are very friendly.
