★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t call the service number, it doesn’t work. Show up in person and they’ll WhatsApp whatever query you may have. Great service but the buses are hit and miss. We used 4 times and two out of two we got a newer one and on one the chemical smell of the toilet was too strong and upset my stomach during the 4hr trip.
Those are the cons. I wouldn’t use another bus line. It’s still the most comfortable. They just need to update the aging fleet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ETN is the way to travel around México. Their busses are clean and all seats are 1st class. If you have a chance to ride in a double decker, reserve seats 1, 2 or 3 on the front row.
