★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los guisos de chicharrón, deshebrada, barbacoa de borrego, queso con rajas, picadillo, huevo en salsa que no pica para mí gusto (está "chinito") de muy buen sabor y sazón. No de probado por no ser mi gusto la de nopales, pero quienes lo han hecho me dicen que están muy buenas, todas pueden ser con o sin frijoles.
De las salsas está picosa la verde, la roja tipo tlaquepaque está buena y especial para la barbacoa.
Tiene servicio a domicilio pero en bicicleta actualmente.
No manejan aún tarjetas para cobrar, ojalá lo hagan pronto.
Las gorditas las preparan y cocinan al momento, así que hay que tener paciencia si hay pedidos por adelantado.
Son de masa de maíz las gorditas, también hay tacos de maíz y harina.
The pork rind stews, shredded, lamb barbecue, cheese with slices, minced meat, egg in a sauce that does not spice to my taste (it is "chinito") with a very good flavor and seasoning.
