P	Promotora Las Ceibas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente, nos trataron como si nos hicieran un favor, no había forma de quejarse, el proceso de lo más lento, muchos cambios y cuando quedaban en fechas de entrega o de citarnos para firmar no se cumplía y pedían más documentos de última hora. Ahora que hay tantas notarias recomendaría ir a otra donde traten mejor a los clientes. Aunque metimos queja y escribimos directamente a uno de los notarios con pruebas de la poca calidad no hubo respuesta, muy mal trato en la llamada que es mejor trabajar con otros notarios. No vuelvo a regresar porque además eso si cobran muy bien. Very bad customer service, they treated us as if they were doing us a favor, there was no way to complain, the slowest process, many changes and when they were left on delivery dates or to summon us to sign it was not fulfilled and asked for more documents last minute. Now that there are so many notaries I would recommend going to another where they treat customers better. Although we complained and wrote directly to one of the notaries with evidence of poor quality there was no response, very bad treatment in the call that it is better to work with other notaries. I will not return because they also charge very well.
