★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 6 years since I went to eat at this place when I was on vacation in Michoacan Mexico. I took this two pictures that I have kept ever since. This will be one of those places that I’ll forever remember for their superb cooking, the humble place where it was located, and for the main lady cooking Doña Pau. She is well known all around the region for her amazing cooking. The food just tasted amazingly good. From the rice, to the concoction of spices, chiles, and herbs that made up that sauce where the beef meat was cooked, to the beans, it was just a perfect combination of everything. There was a long line of people waiting for their turn to order. People just kept coming to this iconic place to savor Doña Pau’s amazing cooking.
