★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio… llame a la tienda para cotizar una plancha de sublimar que estaba de promoción en su página y me dijeron que estaba disponible… pero enseguida la quitaron de la misma y la pusieron como no disponible… ademas la chica que me atendió por teléfono súper grosera… pésimo trato al cliente… NO COMPREN EN ESTA EMPRESA MORITZU… si desde el inicio son malos en el trato a sus clientes como será después…
Terrible service… I called the store to quote a sublimation iron that was on sale on their page and they told me it was available… but they immediately removed it from the store and made it unavailable… also, the girl who helped me on the phone was super rude… lousy customer service… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MORITZU COMPANY… if from the beginning they are bad in treating their customers, how will it be later…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con estacionamiento, sin embargo no he tenido problemas al encontrar lugar sobre la calle, no esta muy lleno como en otras distribuidoras, la atención es buena, tienen muestras de los materiales que venden para que puedas elegir fácilmente el producto que buscas o para el uso que vayas a darle, los costos no son tan económicos como en otros lugares pero tampoco demasiado alto, por la comodidad de encontrar más cosas diferentes a las comunes vale la pena, tienen también un muy buen surtido en equipos.
