★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les doy 1 porque por lo menos el sr. Samir te contesta los WhatsApps los sábados. Pero cuando agendamos cita, el agente inmobiliario NUNCA llegó y la excusa que me dieron fue que "tenía otras citas y no lo podían encontrar por el celular". Mortazavi, les recomiendo que planifiquen mejor los horarios de sus agentes para que 1) no hagan esperar a las personas, y 2) se presenten a su cita.
Una grosa falta de profesionalismo de su parte. Terrible experiencia
I give them 1 because at least mr. Samir answers your WhatsApp on Saturdays. But when we made an appointment, the real estate agent NEVER came and the excuse they gave me was that "he had other appointments and they couldn't find him on his cell phone." Mortazavi, I recommend that you better plan the schedules of your agents so that 1) they do not keep people waiting, and 2) they show up for their appointment.
A gross lack of professionalism on your part. Terrible experience
