★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la Lic Georgina Peña es casi nula ya que en 3 ocasiones en las que necesité hablar con ella me tuvo esperando 30 o 40 minutos fuera del edificio, parece que no se le puede pedir ni un favor.
Por otro lado eso se compensa con la atención brindada por el joven Alfonso, quien si parece hacer bien su trabajo al atenderme de manera puntual.
The attention of Lic Georgina Peña is almost nil since on 3 occasions when I needed to speak with her she had me waiting 30 or 40 minutes outside the building, it seems that you cannot ask her for a favor.
On the other hand, this is compensated by the attention provided by the young Alfonso, who seems to do his job well by attending me on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te citan a entrevista y al final no te dicen por qué no te contratan, según al gerente operativo si no fuiste ex federal no pasa, pero eso no te dicen desde el inicio.
Terrible service, they summon you for an interview and in the end they don't tell you why they don't hire you, according to the operational manager, if you weren't a former federal, it doesn't happen, but they don't tell you from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado si quieren entrar a trabajar aquí, te piden documentos originales y se los quedan, te hacen firmar hojas en blanco, lo peor es que si renuncias te piden 4500 pesos para regresarte tus documentos. No es una empresa seria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un mal lugar para trabajar, no cumplen con las prestaciones que promete, no hace las aportaciones al seguro, afore. Y no paga a infonavit las aportaciones sobre todo si tienes crédito en esa institución y sin embargo si te aplica el descuento a tu sueldo. No te da ningún comprobante de tu pago o descuentos evitando que tu puedas hacer reclamaciones ante cualquier institución. No te paga liquidación y tampoco está registrada en hacienda. Osea es una empresa patito.
It is a bad place to work, they do not comply with the benefits that they promise, they do not make the contributions to the insurance, Afore. And it does not pay infonavit the contributions, especially if you have credit in that institution and nevertheless if the discount is applied to your salary. It does not give you any proof of your payment or discounts, preventing you from making claims to any institution. It does not pay you liquidation and it is not registered in the Treasury. I mean, it's a ducky company.
