★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la oportunidad de acudir a la sucursal ubicada en boulevard Carlos Lasso, previo a la visita había tenido buenos comentarios del lugar sin embargo, el servicio es muy tardado (una hamburguesa tardó casi una hora), deberían invertir más en el servicio al cliente. La comida deja mucho que desear, en lo personal pedí una hamburguesa la cuál es servida con carne de la que venden ya preparada en Aurrera, soriana, etc, podrían aumentar la calidad respecto a eso, los demás ingredientes solo llevan una "embarrada".
Adicionalmente, cuando aún no acabábamos de consumir los alimentos, el personal se acercaba en repetidas ocasiones y en una de ellas dijeron "ya nada más están platicando"...
I had the opportunity to go to the branch located on boulevard Carlos Lasso, prior to the visit I had had good comments about the place, however, the service is very long (a hamburger took almost an hour), they should invest more in customer service. The food leaves much to be desired, personally I asked for a hamburger which is served with meat from the one they sell already prepared in Aurrera, Soriana, etc., they could increase the quality with respect to that, the other ingredients only have a "muddy" one.
Additionally, when we had not finished consuming the food, the staff would repeatedly approach and in one of them they said "they are just talking now" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy rica, pero el servicio es pésimo. Si van a pagar con tarjeta consideren un 4% y si piden factura sumen un 16% más.
The food is very good, but the service is lousy. If you are going to pay by card, consider 4% and if you ask for an invoice, add 16% more.
