★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This quiche was AMAZING! I highly recommend this and their homemade pastries!!!! There is usually a wait, so I’d arrive at opening, if not you can hopefully find a place at the bar to wait - or eat there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place in the town to have breakfast. The place it's good and it it's known, so it tents to be crowded and you could have to wait in line to get a table, but, from that line you have a clear view of the Church that it's on top of the Pyramid, which is nice. The food it's good, nothing crazy, but it is also pretty, you notice that they planed the way the dish should be presented, and when I'm paying for food, I like pretty, colorful, inspiring to eat food; check. The menu it's small, but I think it works, you are not supposed to eat there daily. Also, the dishes are not precisely big, but you MAY not be able to eat two full dishes, ask for one first to see the size (just in case) or you can share.
Please note: It's a go with your parent's, go with your friends, go with your partner/date, go with your kid or your grandma place to eat, there it's NO alcohol there. The coffee it's good tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Only weird thing about their service is that during the 30 min wait we wanted coffee but it wasn’t served by a waiter. We had to pay separately for it at the bakery and then pick it up at the bar. They could up their level of service by offering coger service during the wait period and to bill it to the table. The baked goods are unbelievable. A must in Cholula!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: Really good, everything we ordered was freaks and the pastries are quite amazing, you can buy them to-go at the bakery area.
Price: on the cheap side, about 100-130 per person, depending on how many drinks and pastries you have. ONLY CASH!!
Staff: very friendly and on top of things
Waiting time: we arrived at 10:20 on a Friday and at around 10:40 there was a waiting time of about 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey but well deserved, sweet bread is fantastic, breakfast: amazing succulent portions... Coffee mediocre: great barista, the bean is not good; the juice and water of the day very fresh. I highly recommend going hungry and on week days.
