Cuando recojo mi equipo, no le habían hecho nada porque 'pensaban que se abría de otra forma'. Medio día desperdiciado.
Incompetent service. The person who received the cell phone had a condescending attitude and even though I tried to explain how the device was opened, he insisted that he already knew how. When I picked up my equipment, they hadn't done anything to it because 'they thought it would open differently'. Half a day wasted.
