★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio malo, no hay agua caliente,los controles de las pantallas no sirven,los jacuzzis les falta servicio de limpieza en el sistema de hidromasaje porque sale sucia el agua si lo enciendes.
 Bad service, no hot water, the screen controls are not working, the jacuzzis lack cleaning service in the hydromassage system because the water comes out dirty if you turn it on.

Everything is very clean and very friendly, I just don't love that the shower is in the same space as the jacuzzi, everything is fine out there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciónes son reducidas pero con todo muy bien acomodado tranquilas y coloridas tiene secadora y son serviciales solo me desconcertó que la cama estuviera en medio de la habitacione sentí que pues no er del todo cómodo ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es agradable la estancia, la habitación que ocupé tenía las puertas colgadas y no cerraban bien, se solicitó atención a la habitación y nunca llegó, el agua caliente se acaba muy rápido, interrumpen constantemente en la habitación y hasta apagaron la luz mientras estaba ocupandola, además que la ubicación es terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar la atención al cliente es súper mala parece que te están dando gratis el hospedaje no hay agua caliente y no tienen controles para la tv las habitaciones son algo llamativas pero con lo anterior mencionado las hacen ver peor que un anexo !!!
To begin with, the customer service is super bad, it seems that they are giving you free lodging, there is no hot water and they do not have controls for the TV, the rooms are somewhat striking but with the aforementioned they make them look worse than an annex !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al entrar tienes que pedir e insistir para que te lleven el control de la pantalla solicitar las aguas de cortesía que prendan tu boiler xq al momento no hay agua caliente y tarda media hora en que llegue y eso castrando a la desepcionista las habitaciones con luz tenue para que no se vea la suciedad valla hasta pelos ajenos en la regadera no regresaré

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy bien .. del lugar .. lo único que no me gusta es cuando te toca la habitación 30 pues es muy molesto el ruido de la puerta .. eléctrica que se encuentra abajo ... de hay en fuera las demás habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas
Everything very good... about the place... the only thing I don't like is when you get room 30 because the noise from the electric door downstairs is very annoying... the other very nice rooms are outside and comfortable
