L	Lilia Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pesimo servicio para quienes queremos descansar y no usar de paso, en recepción jamás te notifican que su servicio es de 5 horas, llamando a tu habitación a las 4:00am para que retires, y cada hora adicional es de $150, el garage, provoca cero inseguridad y privacidad por el acceso que tiene su personal, la habitación no contaba con papel sanitario, el jacuzzi se salía e hizo un gran charco, la ducha no contaba con agua caliente, un pésimo servicio de Motel además excesivamente caro para un servicio de 5 horas, CERO RECIMENDACION PARA QUIENES VIAJAMOS DE LA CAPITAL Y BUSCAMOS UN LUGAR CON UN HOSPEDAJE PARA DESCANSAR. LA FAMA NO LO ES TODO, UN SERVICIO DE CALIDAD Y SATISFACCION DEL CLIENTE ES LO PRINCIPAL, EL MOTEL BIZOU, SOLO ES UN MOTEL PARA ROBAR A QUIENES SOLICITAMOS SU SERVICIO. Al momento de ya entrar a la habitación, para cobrar el chico entro por la puerta de servicio y casi casi llega a la puerta de la habitación si no es porque baje y lo tope en las escaleras. Y al momento de salir... Me tocó esperar por más de 5min. La habitación es linda pero el servicio fue pésimo. Terrible, it was NOTHING discreet. La habitación que solicite fue con jacuzzy, es funcional solo que algo incomoda ya que no tiene como respaldos para recargarse y estar sentado. Los costos son promedio y en este caso hay que subir escaleras por lo que no se recomienda para personas en silla de ruedas o lastimadas de las piernas. Very good place and atmosphere ...
