★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de tener más cuidado con el personal, uno encarga cosas de cocina y cobran más caro de los precios que viene en el menú. Y toda vía te exigen la propina. Y para acabarla toda vía la comida traía pelos y no lo quisieron cambiar. Se quedó todo ahí intacto, de verdad que poca calidad. El baño tiraba agua y no nos quisieron cambiar de habitación, totalmente de lo peor. Todo desagradable...
 They should be more careful with the staff, one orders things from the kitchen and they charge more than the prices that appear on the menu. And they still demand a tip. And to finish it all off, the food had hair and they didn't want to change it. Everything was left there intact, really poor quality. The bathroom was leaking water and they did not want to change our room, totally the worst. All unpleasant...

En el lugar asustan, en especial en la habitación 34. Se abrió la puerta sola cuando ya había sido cerrada con seguro. Aparte se siente mala vibra desde que ingresas a la habitación.
Si alguien sabe que accidente a pasado en ese lugar háganmelo saber.
Appalling!
The place is scary, especially in room 34. The door opened by itself when it had already been locked. Besides, you feel bad vibes from the moment you enter the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día sábado como a las 2:30am ingrese a la habitación 33 y uno de sus empleados me abrió la puerta e ingreso, siendo que ya llevaba más de 5min al interior del cuarto, justificando que es el protocolo de actuar del personal, todavía salí corrido del cuarto y maltratado vía telefónica por las señoritas que contestalas llamadas telefónicas.
Terrible service, on Saturday around 2:30 a.m. I entered room 33 and one of its employees opened the door for me and entered, since I had already been inside the room for more than 5 minutes, justifying that it is the staff's protocol of action , I still ran out of the room and mistreated by phone by the ladies who answer the phone calls.
