Motel Edén - 37800 Dolores Hidalgo Cuna de la Independencia Nacional

Muy bueno, lo único que te recomiendo como en cualquier hotel, motel es si reservas marca para asegurar la reserva, los empleados muy atentos y amables, te consigue lo que necesites desde bebidas hasta cabinas si hace frio, para ser motel, esta limpio y la habitación que me toco, no tenia marcas ni nada de eso, el hidromasaje muy relajante, los únicos detalles fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, dijeron que era por que estaban en mantenimiento y de los conectores de luz no funcionaban varios, solo 1 funcionaba aun así no era tan necesario para ese momento, fuera de eso, esta super y muy bueno más si vas con tu pareja

Lugar cero recomendable, las habitaciones huelen feo, tienen alfombra q acumula desagradables olores, polvo y suciedad. Tv que se ve muy mal y wifi deficiente. Algunas cocheras no tienen cortina automatizada sino de lona y no me parece ya que tuvimos que meter todo al cuarto pudiendo haberlas dejado en la camioneta y por la misma razón no hay privacidad. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Tranquilo, limpio , de los pocos que cuentan con clima ?. Cuántan con servicio por 12 horas por $550 lo usamos como hotel cada que venimos por acá.

husband & I were here for 7 days back in September while exploring D H and surrounding areas of Guanajuato, motel was neat and very clean, staff was always willing to be very helpful, price was very reasonable, we felt safe and secure, we plan on doing the same before long, thanks again to the staff of Eden, very nice people. the Moreno's

WARNING! Do Not Stay Here! My husband and I live in Texas and came to Dolores Hidalgo to attend funerals of both his parents. We found this hotel online and and it had pretty good rating and reviews so we thought it to suit our stay. We booked the room for a week so when we arrived we had a total of 6 suitcases. They do not give you a key to the room but there was an electric garage door that we closed when we left and they opened it from the office when we returned. They assured us that our room would be secure and that the housekeepers would only enter if we asked. There were security cameras everywhere so again we thought it was safe. When asked where we were staying, people told us we should leave because the place had a bad reputation. We should have listened. When we left, we left with only 4 suitcases of our things. Our clothes were stolen, pants, blouses, pajamas, socks, etc. Hair spray, body spray, phone stand and even a spray water bottle, hairbrush and comb. The kicker part is that upon our check out, they locked the gate so we couldn't leave until the housekeepers checked the room to make sure we didn't steal anything. If you value you belongings - chose a different location for your stay.
