★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, después de una hora me llama una señorita no para decirme que tengo que abandonar la habitación por qué estaba hospedada sola, me llama y me dice que tengo que pagar 50 pesos más por el hospedaje yo sola a lo que le respondo que si pero con terminal y todavía la muy prepotente me dice que tiene que ser en efectivo, le comenté que me regresará mi dinero ya que no había ocupado la habitación ni dos horas a lo que m contesta que si no le doy el dinero en efectivo me vaya. Jamás vuelvo a ir. Super quemado para la.gente foránea no vayan y a esa muchacha enseñenle servicio al cliente por favor.
Terrible service, after an hour a lady calls me not to tell me that I have to leave the room because I was staying alone, she calls me and tells me that I have to pay 50 pesos more for the accommodation by myself, to which I answer yes but with a terminal and still the very arrogant woman tells me that it has to be in cash, I told her that she will return my money since I had not occupied the room for even two hours, to which she replies that if I do not give her the money in cash I will leave . I will never go again. Super burnt for foreign people, don't go and teach that girl customer service please.
