★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mejorar el servicio, no cuenta con agua caliente, solo te dan 1 toalla y 1 mini rollo de papel y sus cobijas parecen de papel
 The service needs to be improved, it does not have hot water, they only give you 1 towel and 1 mini roll of paper and their blankets look like paper

BED BUGS Horrible room 214 HAD BED BUGS ALL OVER THE BED WE WERE BITED, I NEVER GO AGAIN, AWFUL WASTE PAPER, THE BED WAS BLOODY HAD A SHEET ON TOP TO COVER IT, IT HAD BED BUGS MANY BED BUGS DO NOT GO ALLY I COULD NOT TAKE A PHOTO BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A BATTERY BUT I SWEAR THE ROOMS HAVE BUGS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor hotel de Ecatepec. Me cobraron 10$ por un rollo de papel, el personal muy grosero, no hay agua caliente, no hay jabón, no me dieron toalla y me cobraron 15$ una agüita de 600ml y 25$ por un encendedor.
No vayan esta del asco.
The worst hotel in Ecatepec. They charged me $ 10 for a roll of paper, very rude staff, no hot water, no soap, they didn't give me a towel and they charged me $ 15 for a 600ml water and $ 25 for a lighter.
