★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue sin duda una experiencia desagradable para mi. No me atendían como era y si pedía una cosa me llevaban otra. El lugar es bonito pero el servicio es pésimo.
 It was definitely an unpleasant experience for me. They did not treat me as I was and if I asked for one thing they would bring me another. The place is nice but the service is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada de discreción a la hora de pagar y una señora encargada malencarada té pide la INE como si fueras a votar, se enojan y se toman muy personal si entras en Uber.
No discretion when paying and a sulky lady in charge of tea asks the INE as if you were going to vote, they get angry and take it very personally if you enter Uber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Resulta que ahora TE PIDEN LA INE PARA ENTRAR te la piden y SE LA QUEDAN ellos durante toda la estadía! Y tienes que esperar a que chequen tu habitación para dejarte salir, y de pilón tardaron 20 minutos más en regresarnos la INE, las almohadas tenían cabellos, no hay absolutamente NADA DE PRIVACIDAD!!!!!
Terrible service! It turns out that now THEY ASK YOU FOR THE INE TO ENTER, they ask you for it and THEY KEEP IT for the entire stay! And you have to wait for them to check your room to let you out, and it took another 20 minutes for the INE to return us, the pillows had hair, there is absolutely NO PRIVACY!!!!!

*A la entrada dice un precio, adentro es otro.
*pedimos servicio pasó una hora y volvimos a llamar nos vuelven a preguntar que fue lo que pedimos(cuelga y tardan media hora para llevarlo) pésima comida bebidas calientes.
*la señorita de la linea no quiso proporcionar la clave wifi con una actitud de dueña.
*El idromasaje no funciono...9
Not a very good experience...
*At the entrance it says one price, inside it is another.
*we asked for service an hour passed and we called again to ask us what we ordered (hang up and take half an hour to take it) lousy food hot drinks.
*the lady on the line did not want to provide the wifi key with an owner attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super feas no limpian,me tocó ver en lavandería colocan toda las sábanas y toallas juntas con solo agua y un mini chorrito de cloro si esque bien le va además del pésimo servicio por parte de la gerente hacia los clientes aún me faltaban 3 horas y la mugre esa de atrevió a sacarme porque mi pareja yase había ido. Super mal trato además de los cricosos que tienen como corredores
Super ugly they don't clean, I had to see in the laundry they put all the sheets and towels together with just water and a mini splash of chlorine if it goes well in addition to the terrible service by the manager towards the clients I still had 3 hours left and the that filth that dared to take me out because my partner had already gone. Super bad treatment in addition to the cricosos they have as runners
