★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones amplias, buena relación costo/servicio, habitaciones viejas, lavabo tirando agua, pedimos cambiar de habitación por una con jacuzzi y no accedieron por qué ya se había emitido el cobro. Decepcionado totalmente.
 Spacious rooms, good cost / service ratio, old rooms, flushing sink, we asked to change rooms for one with a jacuzzi and they did not agree because the charge had already been issued. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tiene jacuzzi o nos lo negaron, quisimos irnos pk no tenían el servicio y nos negaron la salida a fuerzas nos cobraron. La habitación huele a perro remojado y muy sencilla. Tipo cabañas de Mazamitla austeras. No lo recomiendo ni vuelvo
Terrible service, it does not have a jacuzzi or they denied us, we wanted to leave because they did not have the service and they denied us the exit to force they charged us. The room smells like soaked dog and very plain. Austere Mazamitla cabins. I do not recommend it nor do I return

-Pésima atención, nos atendió un hombre a la recamara y fue muy grosero.
-Las toallas, sabanas y almohadas olían feo.
-El baño con olor a orines y sobretodo en el bidet (podrían poner un letrero para que las personas no lo usen de orinal).
-No hay una lista de precios a la vista.
-Se ven muy pocos canales y otros tardan en cargar o se ve borroso.
If I could I would give it 0 stars‼ ️‼ ️??
-A terrible attention, a man attended us in the bedroom and he was very rude.
-The towels, sheets and pillows smelled ugly.
-The bathroom smells of urine and especially in the bidet (they could put a sign so that people do not use it as a urinal).
-There is no price list in sight.
-Very few channels are seen and others take time to load or it is blurry.
