★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Fui hace días por cuestión de que hacía frío y quería bañarme con agua tibia ahí. Pues resulta que llegue y cuando me quería bañar no tenían agua caliente, hablé para comentarles y lo único que hizo la chica que estaba en recepción fue reírse y decir pues nose. Deberían de haber avisado que no tenían agua caliente, así no hubiéramos pagado el servicio. Más de dos horas me tuvieron sin darme una respuesta y mejor opté por salirme. Ni me pudieron cambiar de cuarto ni me regresaron el dinero nisiquiera una disculpa pudieron dar. Pésimo servicio!!!! Jamás vuelvo a ir!!!!
Terrible service! I went days ago because it was cold and I wanted to bathe in warm water there. Well, it turns out that I arrived and when I wanted to take a bath they didn't have hot water, I spoke to tell them and the only thing the girl who was at reception did was laugh and say well, I don't know. They should have told us that they didn't have hot water, so we wouldn't have paid for the service. They kept me for more than two hours without giving me an answer and I better opted to leave. They couldn't change my room nor did they return my money, they couldn't even give an apology. Terrible service!!!! I will never go again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the pleasure of traveling rather ofthen to Matamoros, and most of the time I opt for staying at a Hotel rather than bother a Family member. So I've visited most, if not all available Hotels/Motels in this wonderful City. I would say I was definitely impressed and very pleased with my stay here at the Monaco, the rooms are Clean foremost but what impress me the most was how roomy and up to date it was, functional and relaxing... All and all a very positive experience!
