★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia en éste lugar,todos son muy amables,sin embargo, me citaron de muy lejos a cierta hora,a la cual por supuesto llegué súper puntual,de hecho llegué con quince minutos de anticipación pues detesto la impuntualidad. La persona que me entrevistó, me atendió casi una hora después de lo agendado y aunque la entrevista fue amena de cierta forma, nunca me dieron una retroalimentación respecto a la vacante para la cual apliqué. Es muy lamentable la falta de empatía hacia las personas que estamos buscamos empleo y peor aún es la manera en que juegan con nuestro tiempo, han pensado en entrevistas vía Skype? Eviten hacernos gastar tiempo y dinero en entrevistas infructuosas.
I had a bad experience in this place, everyone is very friendly, however, they quoted me from a long distance at a certain time, which of course I arrived super punctual, in fact I arrived fifteen minutes in advance because I detest the unpunctuality. The person who interviewed me attended me almost an hour later than scheduled and although the interview was enjoyable in a way, they never gave me feedback on the vacancy for which I applied. It is very unfortunate the lack of empathy towards the people we are looking for employment and worse still is the way they play with our time, have they thought of interviews via Skype? Avoid making us spend time and money on fruitless interviews.

Es triste encontrarse con consultorías de recursos humanos con dinámicas que denotan cero profesionalismo y sobre todo empatía con los candidatos.
Al principio te contactan, te piden que te conectes a una entrevista que dura una hora, te piden hacer pruebas rápidamente, te solicitan ir a una entrevista presencial y está perfecto uno como candidato sabe que debe hacer todo eso para participar en el mismo.
Lo que no es válido es: que cuando les preguntas cómo va el proceso ya ni les importa, que cuando te citan a una entrevista presencial tienes que estar rogándoles porque te den los datos para organizarte e ir, que incluso su directora en la entrevista presencial te prometa que te darán una respuesta en tal fecha y pasen dos semanas y no se te dé ningún seguimiento.
Intentas darle el seguimiento tú y te dicen que verán que sucedió, que la directora personalmente se comunicará contigo para explicarte.
Te llama otra persona y te da una explicación y se compromete que a primera hora del otro día tendrá una respuesta por parte del cliente y jamás vuelve a aparecer.
Al final, ¿no sería más sencillo desde el primer instante dar feedback?
En fin, solo tengan cuidado si caen en esta empresa porque de verdad si presumen de ser una consultoría que ayudará a los clientes a hacer mejores y que sobre todo aportará al mejor talento sería importante que fuesen congruentes.
Es lamentable, porque me parecía que tenían buena pinta de empresa pero desafortunadamente son una más de esas empresas que presumen lo que no son.
¡Tomen nota! Y ojalá como empresa y sobre todo como especialistas en Recursos Humanos se sensibilicen y al menos a los candidatos que presentan con su cliente y que invirtieron tiempo, entusiasmo y mostraron disponibilidad para ustedes les notifiquen con un “gracias por participar”.
Seguramente tendrán mejores reseñas en LinkedIn, en redes y en opiniones de google pero sobre todo, darán una experiencia de reclutamiento grata y digna al candidato que confía en su “profesionalismo”.

It is sad to find human resources consultancies with dynamics that denote zero professionalism and, above all, empathy with the candidates.
At first they contact you, they ask you to connect to an interview that lasts an hour, they ask you to take tests quickly, they ask you to go to a face-to-face interview and it's perfect, as a candidate you know that you must do all that to participate in it.
What is not valid is: that when you ask them how the process is going they don't even care, that when they summon you to a face-to-face interview you have to be begging them to give you the information to organize and go, that even their director in the face-to-face interview I promise you that they will give you an answer on that date and two weeks pass and you are not given any follow-up.
You try to follow up and they tell you that they will see what happened, that the director will contact you personally to explain it to you.
Another person calls you and gives you an explanation and promises that first thing in the morning they will have a response from the client and they never appear again.
In the end, wouldn't it be easier from the first moment to give feedback?
In short, just be careful if you fall into this company because if they really presume to be a consultancy that will help clients to do better and that above all will contribute to the best talent, it would be important that they be consistent.
It's unfortunate, because it seemed to me that they looked like a good company but unfortunately they are one more of those companies that show off what they are not.
Take note! And hopefully, as a company and especially as Human Resources specialists, they become aware and at least notify the candidates that they present with their client and who invested time, enthusiasm and were available for you with a “thank you for participating”.
Surely they will have better reviews on LinkedIn, on networks and in Google opinions, but above all, they will give a pleasant and worthy recruitment experience to the candidate who trusts in their "professionalism".
