Solicité un servicio de prueba PCR para viajar, y fui estafado, siendo realizado un test rápido de detección de antígenos, de mucho menos costo y fiabilidad. Al percatarme, solicite el reembolso de la diferencia de dinero entre ambos costos y se negaron en rotundo. Me parecen unos estafadores, vayan con cuidado. I cannot value her as an organizer of Tours, since it was not a tour that I contracted with them. I requested a PCR test service to travel, and I was scammed, being carried out a rapid antigen detection test, of much less cost and reliability. When I realized it, I requested reimbursement of the difference in money between the two costs and they flatly refused. They seem like scammers to me, be careful.

We booked a VIP tour to Cozumel in a glass boat etc for 4 hours, but upon arrival it was really uncoordinated and we received a completely different tour which lasted like 1 hour (at least). When we got back to Playa del Carmen the agency was closed and we couldn't reach them via whats app etc. We asked for a compensation (in form of money or a tour), and after 7 months of talking and promising they eventually blocked us on WhatsApp. I definitely wish I could give 0 Stars, from all agencies we used in Mexico, this was the only incompetent company, with by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
