★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención tanto del mecánico como del que está en la computadora checando refacciones. Traía una llanta ponchada y salía carísimo arreglarla. Poca actitud de servicio tanto del mecánico como de la otra persona. Tal vez mi problema fue no haber llegado en una moto carísima para que me atendieran.
Bad attention both the mechanic and the one in the computer checking parts. It had a flat tire and it was expensive to fix it. Little attitude of service of both the mechanic and the other person. Maybe my problem was not having arrived on a very expensive motorcycle to be treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de sus motocarros deja mucho que deaear en cuanto al costó que tienen. Adquirí un motocarro con ellos y a los 19 días que me lo entregaron la barra direccional se enchueco, me lo entregaron sin salpicaderas, los focos direccionales no servían.
Unos meses después se desoldo la cabina, a cada rato el chicote se descompone por qué viene mal instalado.
Fui a qué me hicieran válida la garantía y se negaron y el costo de reparación me lo dejaban muy caro.
No sé me hace justo que te vendan un producto de supuesta calidad además de que sus instructivos estén en idioma chino. Dudo la procedencia de todos los productos que vendan ahi.
Antes de comprar chequen si realmente es la mejor opción. Yo me arrepiento demasiado de haber confiado en ellos y que haya recibido un carro inutil con inversión alta.
The quality of their motorcycles leaves much to be desired in terms of their cost. I bought a motorcycle with them and 19 days after they gave it to me, the directional bar snapped, they gave it to me without fenders, the directional lights did not work.
A few months later the cabin was desoldered, every so often the whip breaks down because it is installed incorrectly.
I went to have the warranty validated and they refused and the repair cost left me very expensive.
I do not know it makes me fair that they sell you a product of supposed quality in addition to their instructions being in Chinese. I doubt the origin of all the products that they sell there.
Before buying, check if it really is the best option. I regret too much that I trusted them and that I received a useless car with a high investment.

Asimismo, el servicio mecánico, aunque un poco más costoso que en sitios aledaños, es atendido por un equipo profesional y resposable, con el espacio, instrumental y herramientas necesarias para desarrollar sus funciones. Tiene poco de haberse inaugurado, y yo le auguro un éxito rotundo si continúan con la mima calidad y calidez para con sus clientes, como hasta ahora lo han hecho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para hacer sus compras. Adquirí un motocarro hace tiempo, al menos de 1 mes se rompió la barra dónde va el motor. Según tenía garantía y al momento de ir no nos quisieron hacer nada válido y al contrario., todos se portaron groseros. Hasta la fecha tengo el vehículo pero cada mes se descompone por que viene mal diseñado en todos los aspectos. No inviertan su dinero en esta empresa por que sus vehículos son chinos y de pésima calidad.
Terrible place to do your shopping. I bought a motocarro some time ago, at least 1 month ago the bar where the engine goes broke. According to it had guarantee and at the moment of going they did not want us to do anything valid and on the contrary, everyone was rude. To date I have the vehicle but every month it breaks down because it is poorly designed in all aspects. Do not invest your money in this company because their vehicles are Chinese and of poor quality.
