★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron una bicicleta 2019 diciéndome que era Tubeless, TALLA M, al final no era Tubeless, era talla S y no era de ese año, prometieron darme la factura por meses y nunca me la entregaron, al final del día después de 3 meses culparon a Gerry (trabajador que me atendió por meses) ya que lo corrieron, hable con la Gerente y quedó de enviarme mi factura como trato personal por esa situación especial, y sigo sin tener la factura. Muy poco profesionales para atención al cliente, he ido mínimo 8 veces en estos 3 meses y el único buen trato que recibí fue al comprar la bicicleta, lo demás ha sido una pesadilla.
They sold me a 2019 bicycle telling me it was Tubeless, SIZE M, in the end it was not Tubeless, it was size S and it was not from that year, they promised to give me the invoice for months and they never gave it to me, at the end of the day after 3 months they blamed to Gerry (a worker who attended me for months) since they ran it, I spoke with the Manager and she left to send me my invoice as a personal treatment for that special situation, and I still do not have the invoice. Very unprofessional for customer service, I have been at least 8 times in these 3 months and the only good treatment I received was when buying the bicycle, the rest has been a nightmare.

Tienen a lado la tienda para comprar todo para ciclismo o accesorios para motociclistas .
