★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA arreglen su moto aquí NUNCA, cada vez que ando en mi moto me da coraje los $1,100.°° que les pagué para que de todas formas me la dejaran en malas condiciones, me hicieron dar la vuelta y explicarles 7 veces e insinuaban que era mi culpa o mi imaginación que no quedara bien, en verdad PESIMO SERVICIO
NEVER fix your motorcycle here NEVER, every time I ride my motorcycle I get angry at the $1,100.°° I paid them to leave it in bad condition anyway, they made me turn around and explain to them 7 times and they insinuated that it was my fault or my imagination that it did not look good, really AWFUL SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, debido al ser uno de los centros italika mas cercanos a la zona, la carga de trabajo hace que sus trabajadores esten bajo presion y entreguen las cosas mal, tornillos sin apretar, y mangueras suletas sin poner en su lugar. Yo solo le hice el servicio para que no perdiera la garantía la moto, y solo me la dejaron con detalles,. ( tirando aceite, frenos flojos, manguera suelta y lo peor que al otro dia no prendía, el chicote de aclaración lo dejaron flojo). Mal servicio.
Terrible service, due to being one of the closest Italika centers to the area, the workload makes its workers under pressure and deliver things wrong, screws not tightened, and loose hoses not put in place. I only did the service so that the motorcycle would not lose the guarantee, and they only left it with details. (throwing oil, loose brakes, loose hose and the worst thing that the next day it didn't turn on, the clarification whip left it loose). Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, fui por un ajuste menor ybse tardaron 2 dias en entregarmela y cuando la probe se cayo la palanca de cambios. Me hicieron pedir las piezas que tardaron 2 semanas, en ese tiempo la lleve a otro cesit y solo arreglaron un tornillo y quedo la palanca de cambios.
Antes estaba mejor, ahorita solo un tecnico es el que sabe.
Bad service, I went for a minor adjustment and it took 2 days to deliver it and when I tested it the gear lever fell off. They made me order the parts that took 2 weeks, in that time I took it to another cesit and they only fixed a screw and the gear lever remained.
Before it was better, now only a technician is the one who knows.
