★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, solía ser mi refaccionaria pero la última compra salio defectuosa, y no me fue checada antes, me pusieron toda clase de pretextos y al final perdí mi dinero por un producto que no tiene calidad ni garantía, no entiendo por que venden y engañan a los clientes de esa manera, jamas vuelvo a comprar nada en este lugar
 Poor, used to be my refaccionaria but the last purchase went defective, and I was not checked before, I put all kinds of pretexts and in the end I lost my money for a product that has no quality or warranty, I do not understand why they sell and cheat customers that way, I never buy anything in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta la sucursal porque siempre son atentos, te escuchan con paciencia cuando les tratas de explicar de alguna pieza; cuando no tienen en la sucursal la pieza en existencia de apoyan llamando a la otra sucursal para ver si la tienen ahí. Cuentan también con envío a domicilio.
I like the branch because they are always attentive, they listen to you with patience when you try to explain something to them; When they do not have the piece in stock at the branch, they support it by calling the other branch to see if they have it there. They also have home delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO PÉSIMO PÉSIMO!!!!! No lo recomiendo para nada en cuestión de "eléctricos" como dicen ellos. Fui a comprar un foco para mi faro, pregunté por opciones y me recomendaron uno de leds que salía según muy muy MUY BUENO!!!! El costo: 300 pesos más-menos, y le pregunte si duraba, me prometió que si, que era una cosa maravillosa en pocas palabras, y lo compré... Me duró 3 semanas el foco... fui a verlos para comentar lo sucedido y solo recibí un simple "NO PUES NO DAMOS GARANTÍA EN ELECTRICOS" y que no podían hacer nada... ni modos 300 pesos a la basura... traigo uno de 40 pesos ( que por supuesto no compre ahí) y sigue en la batalla.
LOVELY LOVELY LOVELY !!!!! I do not recommend it at all in a matter of "electric" as they say. I went to buy a bulb for my headlight, I asked for options and they recommended one of the LEDs that came out very very VERY GOOD !!!! The cost: 300 pesos more-less, and I asked him if it lasted, he promised me that yes, it was a wonderful thing in a few words, and I bought it ... The focus lasted 3 weeks ... I went to see them to comment on what happened and I only received a simple "NO THEN WE DO NOT GIVE WARRANTY ON ELECTRICS" and that they could not do anything ... or 300 pesos in the trash ... I bring one of 40 pesos (which of course I did not buy there) and continues in the battle.
