They charge you dearly, they did not do what they charged me to the motorcycle, the parts to be greased, they did not grease them, they did not clean anything, they only changed parts and fluids, the rims were mounted badly, I had to go to another place so that they would place them correctly, coincidentally 1 week After this I take out the motorcycle and it breaks down when taking out the oil that was new, it turns out that apparently it is not the indicated one since it is very thin and burned with nothing of use it was already useless, they also gave me a price and then they raised it almost a thousand pesos, it is true that it is more expensive in the agency but better to have to go through PROBLEMS DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

The services, repairs, etc. are fast...but very soon the problem returns and their guarantee is very short...and they are no longer responsible....with the faults...I had a very bad experience...and not only me but several acquaintances that I recommended...the workshop...

They are fast, good customer service, they delivered the bike to me in a timely manner, but ... 1. It had loose screws, nothing serious I suppose, they were those of the seat and one of the air filter. 2. My rear tire squeaked, it turned out that the brake was incorrectly adjusted (I was braking). 3. They cut the gas hose to put a gasoline filter on it (I didn't ask for it) now I have 2 filters, I don't know if it was because they didn't know that the white filter is or because it is better to bring 2 (?). Outside of that all good.

They always attend quickly and the mechanics are willing to explain you in detail and guide you according to your needs with your motorcycle.

The truth seemed to me to be a good place to take my motorcycle, I recognize the methodology they use to carry out the repair seems very good to me, but when it comes to making the repairs they are not entirely successful. One is aware that the bike is not new but it is annoying to have to return to the workshop right after having taken it out because in theory "it is already good" and it is not. I had a detail right after taking it for service and it is something that they could have noticed if they had tested it before giving it to me, however it was not. They make the guarantee valid if you wear it in the first days after they have worked on it but it does not seem the most appropriate to me, in terms of their prices they seem fair to me but they do not provide the quality they promise to offer. As for the accessories and spare parts that they sell, I recommend them, but their workshop definitely does not.
