★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consideren otras empresas antes que esta, la calidad en su atención malísima y la calidad de sus productos peor.
En mi experiencia me vendieron un vehiculo 2019, (eso sí, sin planes de financiamiento, todo en una sola exhibición) pero su placa de manufacturación era del 2018, publicidad engañosa ya que en su página especifica que 3 años de garantía y al final te salen con la sorpresa que solo 1 año (dejo capturas de evidencia) y lo mejor es que en pocos meses presentan fallas sus vehículos, programas los servicios de mantenimiento, van cuando quieren y te dan largas, y para todo te cobran no hay un seguimiento post-venta y/o negociación para mejora de su mal servicio.
En conclusión, si buscas solución la única que tienen ellos es cobrarte por arreglar la mala calidad de sus unidades.

Very good shopping experience at Motogolf. It was excellent dealing with Paola A. in the sales area. She took me through the entire remote purchasing process. The golf cart was delivered on the agreed day in Querétaro by a very friendly staff. I would buy from them again. Now I hope that the after-sales service is just as excellent as the sales one.
