Recibí carro dos días después, con la misma falla y el cobro no fue barato. The service was good but the manager insisted that they could fix the fault even though I wanted to take the car out, so I left it. I received a car two days later, with the same fault and the payment was not cheap.

Cuando vas entrando el muchacho te recibe bien, más sin embargo por cuestiones de tiempo la mayoría vamos en el horario que se nos ajusta o nos queda para ir cuando falta una hora o 45 para cerrar no quieren recibir el carro por la cuestión de que "se quieren ir temprano" y se entiende. Quien sabe si sea el dueño o gerente el que me dijo eso.Pero en la mayoría de los negocios el servicio es primero tampoco vamos a exagerar con el tiempo en llegar 5 o 10 antes que cierren. Son las 3:00 pm (casi 7 horas después) y sigo esperando en recepción a que me entreguen el auto. Motivo: "prestan" su equipo/herramientas y no pueden hacer su trabajo en tiempo y forma. Tengo cerca de 2 años viniendo a este lugar por servicios similares y la atención, profesionalismo y puntualidad son cada vez peor y más deficientes. No vuelvo a este lugar. I took my car at 8:30 am for a routine service that they assured me would last around 3 hours. It's 3:00 pm (almost 7 hours later) and I'm still waiting at reception for the car to be delivered. Reason: they "lend" their equipment / tools and cannot do their work in a timely manner. I have been coming to this place for about 2 years for similar services and the attention, professionalism and punctuality are getting worse and more deficient. I'm not going back to this place.

Por favor no lleves tu carro, aparte de dejarlo dañado, dejaron manos pintadas de aceite en interiores. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
