Excelente servicio, las doctoras muy profesionales y capacitadas, pero sobre todo con una gran vocación. Atendieron muy bien a mi mascota.

Pésimo, terrible Llevé el carro ya que se me quedó en carretera y los mecánicos batallaron mucho para hacer una reparación sensilla incluso mi hermano y mi cuñado estuvieron ayudándoles a los mecánicos a hacer su trabajo. Pague 4mil pesos por un trabajo con garantía el detalle es que el taller es de Chihuahua Chihuahua y yo de cd Juárez apenas llegamos a duras penas a ciudad Juárez y el carro se descompuso y nimodo de reclamar la garantía si habria que regresar a la ciudad de Chihuahua y pues saldría más caro. Pésimo no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto busquen otras opciones antes de llevar su vehículo a este lugar. En las fotos aparece mi hermano y cuñado ayudandole a los mecánicos que podían hacer su trabajo.

Pésimo. Los trabajadores pierden mucho tiempo platicando. Al cuestionar el por qué no hicieron cambio de filtro de aceite me dijeron que como no sabían en dónde estaba no lo cambiaron. Si no pongo atención me voy de ahí con el mismo filtro, pero sí iban a cobrar todo el servicio. Total incapacidad

Tiene un buen precio para los cambios de aceite y te dan una relación de los detalles que trae el vehículo, además de un buen trato. En mi experiencia los costos para la reparación de esos detalles se me hicieron caros por lo que buscaré una segunda opinión.

Horrible service here at the Motor Zone on Cantera 9133. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION ! They charged us for a gold service but did not do the majority of what we paid for. The tire rotation was not done correctly either. They just moved the left back tire to the left front. Fluids were not refilled, the computer in the vehicle was not reset so it still showed our oil level at 23% after we left and the check engine light was still on. We called them to complain when we noticed all of this about half an hour later, but the man was arrogant and uncaring. He told us to call their corporate office in Hermosillo for complaints. Did not offer to fix anything. We ended up driving to another Motor Zone on Mirador street as it was closer, and they at least were helpful and apologetic. They reset the computer. And filled a few fluids for us. We have no idea of knowing if the rest of the items we paid for were even done such as cleaning the fuel injection system. We feel they must be running a scam on people by charging them for services not given. We hope the owner will investigate and fire those responsible for the trickery.
