★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre todos mis equipos con ellos por ser una empresa reconocida, mandan aún instalador con una falta de profesionalismo exagerada, metiche, preguntón y además renegado pedí no me lo volvieran a enviar jamás, este año solicite limpieza de aires y revisión de uno que no refresca, y me mandan al mismo tipo; hizo lo que se le dio la gana y ahora mis aires tiran agua exagerada tengo que poner cubeta y el aire sigue fin refrescar y otro que estaba muy bien lo dejaron mal y la empresa bien gracias, deben de saber aquien mandan a prestar los servicios por favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio técnico, espere una semana para agendar una cita con el técnico para instalar un equipo se llegó el día de acudir y llegó después de su hora de trabajo laborado con Mirage y me quería intalar el equipo sin garantía por qué estaba fuera de su horario, me comunique a primera hora al día siguiente hábil y la secretaria me indica que después de su hora de comida me atenderán se llega el siguiente día hábil laboral y me e comunicado desde las 8 AM hasta las 11AM y me cancelan la llamada es hora de que nadie de la empresa me atienden. Malísimo monitoreo de empresa a técnicos y la empresa no se hace responsable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, para nada recomendados, les compré un minisplit y desde que me lo instalaron ya por la noche empezó a tronar, metí la garantía y solo me dicen que me van a apoyar con piezas, ni siquiera mandan a un técnico a que revise el equipo, todo lo quieren por vídeo o fotos, además el equipo venía golpeado en el panel interior.
